Control your installation and maintenance costs
The Flextronic is a new control platform developed by Flamco for further optimising the performance of its automats and expanding their functionality. At the same time, Flamco brings (wireless) remote communication and data that enables preventative maintenance. The Flextronic therefore ensures greater control over the installation and over the maintenance costs.

Everything under control - as a designer, consultant or facility manager, you expect your installation to function optimally, whether for a heating or cooling system. The same is true for the Flamcomats that regulate pressure, degas, top up and dose the system with additives. It is therefore vital have real time access to reliable information relative to the Flamcomats and the system.
Communication with BMS
Installing a Flamco automat together with the Flextronic lets you connect to most building management systems. Each Flextronic controller has two physical ports with the corresponding communication protocols with:
- Modbus RTU via RS-485
- Modbus TCP via Ethernet
- BACnet via RS-485 or Ethernet
Remote monitoring
Using the Flamconnect remote service via a gateway gives the building owner the ability to remotely control and monitor the Flamco Automat and the entire system.
Storing and monitoring data locally
The Flextronic Controller has a large memory capacity for storing the most important process parameters and data logging. The data provided in real time gives detailed information on the installation performance any system issues that may have occurred. The logfile is incrementally refreshed every 30 seconds or so and can be exported to a USB stick for external analysis.
Operation via the app (local)
You can connect to the Flextronic via Bluetooth from a mobile phone or tablet device with the aid of the special Flamconnect app. This free app is a simple way for you to commission, operate, read and maintain the automat. All data, including the most important system parameters and technical documentation, are stored in the cloud for quick and easy access.
