A few minutes walk from Lake Neuchatel, a dreamlike old residential building is located. With great attention to detail, an oasis full of light and well-being was created where design and technology connect in a unique way and emphasize the very special character of the house.
Project
Lots of light and air as well as one comfortable operation of all roof windows and connected accessories were required in this renovation. The investors wanted to achieve a free view, lots of space and light. At the same time, heat and cold protection was in demand.
Solution
The electrically operated RotoComfort i8 top-hung roof windows, that open completely to the outside, make sure one has a clear view over Lake Neuchatel. The radio-operated house automation system (via Roto remote control, smartphone or tablet) ensures a feeling of great comfort and electrically operated external roller shutters provide optimal protection against heat and cold. By the clever planning of the eight roof windows as twin and triple installations, the building becomes the living space flooded with light and looks so friendly bright, open and generous.
